Our group meal consists of: 1/2 Pound of meat for each person: Meat choices: Brisket, Sausage, and Turkey. We can also do chicken. 10 ounces of sides per person (all vegetarian): Sides Options: Green Beans, BBQ Beans, Mac & Cheese, Cole Slaw, Potato salad, and Cream Corn. We also offer loaded baked potato as a vegetarian option (butter, sour cream, Cheese). We deliver in insulated boxes to keep the food warm. The boxes also keep the cold items cold. Included: Onions, pickles, sliced jalapenos, bread, BBQ Sauce, iced Tea (sweet and unsweetened), plates, cups, utensils, serving utensils. If you need Chafing dishes, we can also provide.
